Fortis Energy to sponsor the RES SERBIA 2026 conference.
Fortis Energy will sponsor the RES SERBIA 2026 conference, the leading regional event focusing on the green energy transition in Southeast Europe. Taking place on September 15th and 16th in Vrdnik, the conference is organized for the sixth consecutive year by the Association Renewable Energy Sources of Serbia (OIE Srbija), of which Fortis is a member.
The conference will bring together representatives of leading investors, the business community, state and financial institutions, and energy experts to discuss the current agenda of the energy transition. One year after the previous edition concluded that the RES industry in Serbia and the region had reached a turning point, participants will assess where the sector is heading, the challenges it faces today and the next stages of market development. Previous editions have hosted senior representatives of the Ministry of Mining and Energy of the Republic of Serbia, EPS, EPCG, the EBRD, WindEurope, SolarPower Europe, the Energy Community Secretariat, as well as directors of leading financial institutions and investors.
