Across Southeast Europe, Fortis Energy’s portfolio generates 320 GWh of clean electricity annually. This output is derived from solar power plants with a total installed capacity of 200 MWp.

Fortis manages the entire lifecycle of renewable energy projects—from permitting and licensing to engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning—leveraging its comprehensive in-house resources.Land development, excavation, and civil works are executed by specialized teams utilizing state-of-the-art equipment, while steel structure fabrication is conducted within Fortis’s proprietary facilities. Post-commissioning, operations, maintenance, monitoring, and security services are delivered by the Fortis O&M team, which specializes in remote automation and advanced facility management.

Fortis undertakes turnkey EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects for wind, solar, and biogas power plants across Europe. The company’s total portfolio of completed projects exceeds 650 MW, comprising 252 MW of owned assets and over 400 MW of EPC installation experience. In Türkiye, Fortis is actively engaged in project development for geothermal energy and green hydrogen investments. Furthermore, the company maintains an active presence in the electric vehicle (EV) sector, operating over 100 charging stations under the 'Fortis Charge' brand.

Portfolio & Under Development Projects

With a development portfolio exceeding 3.5 GW across Central and Eastern Europe, Fortis Energy is shaping the future of the renewable energy landscape. This portfolio comprises solar, wind, and storage projects, including 449 MWp of solar PV in Albania; 170 MWp of solar PV in Kosovo; 41 MWp of solar PV and 52 MWh of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) in North Macedonia; 1,303 MW in Serbia, consisting of 509 MWe of wind energy, 489 MWp of solar PV, and 305 MWh of BESS; and 1,408 MW in Italy, comprising 1,208 MWe of wind energy and 400 MWh of BESS. Fortis’s long-term vision is to establish itself as a leading player in the European renewable energy sector, driving sustainable solutions and contributing to a cleaner future.
